★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting tiew dental clinic in Kepong. Dr Lim Suk Yik is very gentle and patient, she explained my condition and give me few options to solve my problems. Satisfied with the result, the filling looks quite natural on my incisors. Good service and affordable price, definitely with visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience with Tiew Dental Kepong. My 11 years daughter have a adult tooth coming out and pushing the baby tooth drop. Doctor very patience and make my daughter comfortable and not scare at all. Thumb up.

The front desk lady was polite and helpful with information. The doctor (Dr. Sharon) was also very polite and explained well.
The scaling process was a little uncomfortable, perhaps the Dr. could have been a little more gentle but other than that, it was all good.
The cleanliness of the clinic is very good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. This is my third time here. Their service for dental scaling is just normal. Just that near to my house, that’s why I come here again. This is my first time experiencing this. My appointment is supposed to be 1.30pm. But then now until 2.15pm still not my turn. Only one nurse and one dentist here. The phone keep ringing and ppl keep press the door bell. But no one answer. My advise is please don’t confirm so many appointments at the same time. I know that economy is not good and you all try to get more customer. But please don’t waste other ppl time. In long run you will lost more customer. The nurse also arrogant.

I was doing my filling at this clinic but the pain/ problem still existed after the first treatment. Therefore, I revisited the clinic for the second treatment but the pain got worse.
I ended up going another clinic and the problem solved.

After the check up, a thorough explanation of my condition was given and the treatment was painless. It has changed my view towards my annual dental visits. The front desk receptionist is also very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely not miss dental visits anymore! Thank you Tiew Dental!
