made us wait due to the management's mistake, my kid applied a half day leave to attend this appointment… the front desk nurse dont even let me know how long more i have to wait, till i ask her…???then to say they got no choice coz i walked in later than the 1st patient as i am prompt for my appointment…plus, the front desk nurse even dare to say : u can go if u cant wait, or u hv to make another appointment! i m much confusing why should i wait if i m prompt for my appointment, and i should make another appointment if the mistake is from your management?

The entire experience was pleasant as the dental assistant registered us, recommend us to use their app to obtain a free consultation and at discounted rates. The resident dentist was very friendly, explained the diagnosis well and recommended treatment as well as the rates upfront before we are made to sign a consent form.
Treatment went well and definitely recommended to anyone staying nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is very clean and tidy, both in the lobby and the procedure room. The receptionist is nice as well, answering some questions.
Had Dr. Lee for my appointment to clean my teeth and remove calculus (Scaling & Polishing). Very informative and professional, keeps a nice vibe throughout the whole treatment. She was also patient with my questions, answering clearly and honestly.
All in all, would recommend. The price is also decent too, considering the procedure.

Doctor - recommended doctor and had a good experience with Dr Chen. Both me and husband are first timer going to this dentist and will definitely be a regular patient with Dr chen. He check our teeth condition and explain clearly on current teeth condition and consult us on the best treatment we should have. He check thoroughly so that we know our teeth condition. Consult us on how to take care of our teeth rightfully. Did our scalling , polishing and satisfied with the result. Even the doctor explain one by one on the treatment that has been done after the process.
Price - reasonable and affordable price. Does not overcharged and get more discount when you sign up for member for free by downloading their apps.
