โ โ โ โ โ Young and friendly guy. But lack of experience and charge expensive rate. Came to service my aircond which is not cold. Dismantle the electrical board and touch a bit, do basic filter cleaning and top up some gas. Charge me Rm160. Aircond back to problem again within a month

โ โ โ โ โ Before calling them , i asked for other company to do the service but another company mentioned my aircond is gone and have to change a new one.
Then my neightbour pass me this company number and ask me to let them check. Grateful that they check is a small problem after changing a part then the aircond is working very well.
The guy is very professional and friendly. Thank for help me save a lot on new aircond .

โ โ โ โ โ I originally requested for an appointment with another 'apparently well known service provider' the day before but I did not get a response the entire day. I've found TIG this morning and decided to text Kevin. His response was almost immediate and within 90 mins from contacting him, he has arrived at my home with his staff, ready to fix my A/C. My A/C was leaking so he proceeded to clean it and I've also requested that he have a look at my compressor to check if the gas is sufficient and it was not so he filled that up as well. I am overall very happy with Kevin's services and would definitely be recommending him to friends and family! Thanks Kevin!
