★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 09 Aug 2020. With my love one having breakfast here before the durian fest. Like the chicken feet,tasty for me but my love one not that enjoy. She likes the meat bun and I can agreed to that since the aroma from the bun (cooking wine) smell good. Due to MCO, small Q happened.

Food selection is limited. Food quality was way below expectations. The CharSiewBun, I didn’t even want to try, because the skin is rock hard.

Great selection and delicious dimsum.
Cheecheongfun is so soft and tasty.
Charsiew bao is my favorite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remembered this shop years back when it was situated off the main Kulai old road and the dimsum was good. Googled it and found they had moved to a new location. I saw the crowd outside ( Chinese New Year 5th day) and thought I would be enjoying my breakfast.
I was in for a big disappointment. There was no system of seating the crowd outside and it was plain luck a group was just leaving and we managed to grab a table.
The staff had perfected the art of ignoring you and when we finally managed to attract the attention of the Indonesian lady, she asked us to write down our order. Unfortunately the menu was all in Chinese and I don't read or write in that language.
With a disgusted look she grudgingly helped us to fill up our order. Again another long wait before the food came.
The quality was horrible. The char siew pow skin was rock hard and the filling very oily. The wukok ( yam puff) was mushy and the chicken feet was badly done.
The chee cheong fan was edible but the siew mai was tasteless.
I will never visit this shop again
