End up kami pergi kat lagi 1 staff ni. Syukur sangatΒ² dia ni ok, siap informed tentang current promotion buy 3 get 50%. Dapatla beli jajan sebelum pulang ke kl ..in store promotion sangatΒ² reasonable price tapi if staff yg bagi service macam nak xnak memang merudum la Sales achievement/target kedai tu. Sekian sahaja.
Me & my wife just wearing a chicken cap sandal time entered the shop. There are 2 staff, one staff attends us both like we want or not. Language & body language are destroyed. End up we went to another staff. Thank you very muchΒ² he is ok, ready to be informed about the current promotion buy 3 get 50%. Dapatla buy snacks before going home to kl ..in store promotion very reasonable price but if the staff for the kind of service you want xnak indeed merudum la Sales achievement/target of the store. That's all.

There are two in charge person (one malay guy and one malay girl) inside the store. We trying to look for a water resistance shoe and yet non of them come to serve us even though there are not much customer inside the store. We waited 5min there then we force ourselves to walk to one of them (malay sale girl) and ask for their assistance. Ask them where can we find the shoe that special design for water resistance.
2. Bad attitude sales girl
That sales girl just stand there and use her hand point us to a particular area and told us that the item we looking for is at that site. She not even make an effort to show us which shoes are water resistant (Because that zone is mixed with both water resistant and non water resistant). Please do take note, the way she answer is rude and unfriendly at all. Is like we are a poor person who cannot afford to buy a shoe.
We walked to that area ourselves and plan to try out some shoe and yet we can't get serve as she not even wanna border us (we stay at that area at least 10min). Since she treated us this way, then we force to serve ourselves as I have seen one of the shoe that I like and plan to buy. I tried to took out one shoe box from the rack to check the size and model as the shoe size for the display is not match with my feet. While I am doing this, that sales girl just storm in and raise up her voice and warn me if I wish to try on other shoe size I can't just simply touch the shoe rack, I need to ask her to do so. Then she just asked me the shoe size and walk to the store room. The way how she react is super rude, I feel like I am a thive inside the store. I seriously feel so angry and upset to be treated in this way.
So ended up, I left the store and decided not to buy anything. Because I don't want to spend a penny with this kind of rude service.
