★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has a few collections but salesperson was not friendly at all. Items obviously weren't cheap and i had to have some time to think. And when I ask him for advice a few times not even more than 5 times, he looks annoyed. And even said "take it or leave it". What credibility is this?? Other sakes person were alright and quite friendly to assist. But this donkey probably had some sort of mood swing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the best Timberland store in M'sia. Service staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful... Timberland have a loyalty card program that reward their customers with discounts & free vouchers. Will definetly patronise this store again.... Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never recommend this store ever.The staff at this outlet is SO VERY UNFRIENDLY, unhelpful and rude. in my instance, i like a pair of shoe for which they didn't have my size... fair enough.... i checked another pair, he said he don't have my size again, but later could bring it out...how is that possible? He was so untruthful... i even asked for my size for a different pair, then another colleague of his popped up and said, 'you try this one first', and his tone was really rude...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best shopping experience. Staff didn't "stalk" me, and went the extra miles when I ask for help. Tried at least 3 to 4 pairs, with laces properly loosened by him, alas didn't buy one, because rushing for a meeting and waiting for wife's feedback. Will definitely be back in a week's time for the purchase. Hope they stock up on more colour choices (as found online) for the boots.
