★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Trying to clarify some issue but i was dumbfounded when I manage to contact the lawyer himself (Steven) but was served with a rude and emotional attitude.
Understood you have your job but please bear in mind we have our job and responsibility as well and time is precious not only for you but everyone :(. Was informed the company is unable to give us an original copy of the document belonged to us due to it is their 'company policy' & 'easier' for them which I'm no longer sure who is providing who a service here (facepalm).
Was promised a call from the Lawyer himself to explain but did not happen yet i have to call back myself and got screwed instead out of nowhere. 'Great' hospitality given by the lawyer.
