★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total Incompetence - No online tracking system. Upon ringing the HQ to obtain the status of your shipment you will be given multiple mobile numbers that are all not answered and don't respond to messages.
The one number that finally answered responded with "wrong department" and gave me yet another number, which, you guessed it, was not answered nor responded to messages.
Why would anyone in their right mind use this outfit?
