★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to my experience this hotel take place in One of the worst hotel ( with 5* rating ) in the world. We had stayed more than fifty 5* star rated hotel in the world, this hotel comes on Num. 1 spot in the catagory of worst hotel in the world.
We have stayed here from 05.06.2018 - 09.06.2018 in the room 1612 and 1614. We came 1st time in Malaysia. The hotel room condition has spoiled our mood as well as vacation. The room decoration is very very old. The wall paper has not changed since last 20 years, bathroom tub is in very poor condition. Coffee cup is very dirty. Aircondition is not working, drainage problem in bathroom, leakage problem from ductable air condintioning system.
In shorts, the hotel photographs which has displayed on hotel website as well as on different bookings site or tour operator sites doesn't match the reality.
If you ask my opinion for rating then we quote less than one star. Because if we rate with star then it's must be match accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase the 90 minutes promotion from fave as gift to my mom, they reduce 20 minutes, didnt care about her when she notice, and telling them that time is less, moreover they refuse to give her any name of the massager .. to avoid complain .. i herby no one will go to them .. bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time coming here today. It was really good. They are all nice and friendly as usual. Very polite, always check on me whether I was okay because I fell asleep too many times during the treatment. I bought the voucher on Fave and I am gonna buy again and again. No regrets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time there was really good. The Indonesian / Sabahan did a great job. On my second visit, I had a local Malaysian masseur who did half the job and even cut the treatment time short. Very ill-mannered as well. Lacked basic courtesy.
Not recommended. Avoid this Spa.

They didn't ask a lot of questions and remain quite during the massage so i could really relax and unwind. They were also very polite and did not push or force us to buy more packages. Overall a good experience. Great place for those looking for a spa on budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely experience. Booked couple's massage and treatment. My masseuse was good...I like that she is strong on her massage. Although, the masseuse that attended my partner wasn't very strong though. Scrub was good too. Smelled like henna a bit but it's ok. After the massage and treatment, I felt so refreshed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of the cleanest massage parlors I've been in. The masseuse did not chatter unnecessarily while doing the massage, only to occasionally check in whether I'm okay. Uses oil generously which ensured it wasn't too rough on the skin. Tasty ginger tea was provided before and after the session. However, the massage wasn't exactly 60 minutes. It's like if they finish their routine, then it's finished no matter the time left.
