★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent two pair of jeans for alterations which was too long. They already measure the part that need to be cut but it turns out they cut it way too much and(way up beyond ankle) just realized it when i got home. The damage has been done. Yes the price is considerably okay but their service is very poor. Even the thread they used didn't match my jeans. Surely not coming again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good experience with this shop. The tailor will advise us if we want to do alterations and I find it very helpful to make sure we alter the thing that will fit us later. As for the charges, it is reasonable and still affordable during this pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience with the shop. Sent 2 jeans, one to make bigger and another smaller. Tried his best to find the material that fits my jeans & explained that my jeans weren’t stretchy so had to change the cutting.
Completed within 24 hours and I almost didn’t notice the alteration because the sewing was good and matches the original. Both jeans fit nicely after alteration.
Total price RM55 - alter jeans bigger & smaller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time i went to this shop (many many years ago), a week before hari raya and they took my request to sew baju melayu (not many customer during this time). Since then I go to the same shop every year for my baju raya. I even speak highly on this shop and recommend it to anyone I met that looking for tailor.
Today, a day before ramadhan, I went to the shop and they ask me to leave (without sorry), because they were busy, too many customers and no longer can take my request.
I have no words to express my feeling, just one thing for sure, I will never, never let myself being treated this bad again and will never allow anyone to make me feeling this “shitty”.
To the owner, you will still have customers..just not me. May Allah return the experience. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to sew a tagging on more than 30 pieces of clothing with this shop, must say that they have a pretty decent sewing skills. I’m planning to sew 140 pieces of tagging, not sure if they are able to do it aswell? Or better with a discount

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at my wits' end trying to find an alteration shop that will be able to accept my sweatshirt as it's made from slightly thicker fabric than usual and all the previous shops that I found does not have machines capable of altering the sweatshirt. That is, until I found this shop at DPulze. They were even able to do the fix in two days while offering advice on which part that actually needs to be altered and not. Highly recommended!
