★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received my 2-month-delayed parcel and found out the order was wrong. Text tlc via Instagram, and the first thing they said is asked me to ship back. After days of waiting for them to reply, they found out that my address in near their office so they decided to hand in the parcel in person. I waited the whole night for them but they didn't keep their promise as no one showed up. If you know you did a mistake, the first thing you should do is apologize and try to resolve the issue. If you know you are not coming, why make a promise.
Bad service, bad attitude, not efficient at all.
