★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bukit Pelindung is the best hiking place for the citizen of kuantan because it no too high and not too low it on average.some ppl walk and some people jogging.i prefer this hill because it has nice road and large than hill of panorama and it also have many resting area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 'go to' place for anyone seeking some sweat and cardio workout. Go take a walk up the paved road that leads to communication towers on both sides of the twin peaks. The 1.5km trails is a good workout for seasoned hikers. Rest huts are provided along the road for lesser hikers who need to catch their breaths.
