★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a "roadside" shop, I am thoroughly impressed by Steven's service. He does not possess a sense of arrogance and superiority that you'd commonly encounter at other shops. For me, Steven has been quick to get back on WhatsApp and has been quick to show me what I needed, such as service records (if available) and aftermarket parts that weren't in stock.
So, this shop would be my first choice in the future to enquire about used or new bikes and I would find Steven. An honest salesman isn't easy to come by if you ask me, it's always a hit and miss, so Steven at SSH/TM Motor definitely has my attention. However, I haven't experienced what their aftersales service is like, but I expect it to be decent.
Pricing here for the bikes I came to see is superior to other shops I visited as well, especially if you can negotiate. And no, I don't work here.
