★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service the numbers move very fast, 4 counters all functioning, staff's here are very friendly and helpful wheelchair parking & accessible entrance, waiting area is also wide enough for wheelchairs, you can use debit & credit cards as well to pay your utility bills here (they accept payments for other utilities as well not only tm) the only negatives are staff's still don't know how to use samsung pay even after a year

He deserves a compliment and made examplary. Thank you (i didnt manage to get his name) you have made an old man happy today. God bless you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was cooperative but less trained. The TM company need to train them for queries. I webt for payment, which is obviously everyone is fond of taking, but when i questioned them regarding payments she was blank. She worked it out, called herr and there to get updates about new (a month old promotional pkg) but she was not knowing it at first hand. Thumbs up to her working and thumbs down for tm company's training.
