★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First i come, Chinese staff say "u apa mau ? i said I want survey and register unifi and what package better ? not give me She just say "u angkat ini la better" ! Not helpful and friendly. Sebab aku nak cepat aku terpaksa register , please TM train ur staff how to talk with customers !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. The staff who attended to me was a middle aged, Chinese woman. She stared at me and just kept saying "what you want? " Extremely rude. Even after I told her that I wanted to register for a SIM card, she didn't bother to help explain anything or say what packages are
available. She just kept saying "what you want?" Why on earth is she working there?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this outlet today to pay for my unifi and waited for about 20 minutes for my turn to be serve. But unfortunately the Malay staff who serves me says that they don't accept credit card payment but only accept cash payment for unifi which really upset me. I hope the company/management/staffs must let us/customers/public know properly that they don't accept payment by credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD! Went there on Saturday (05/02/2022) to arrange for my "Transfer Request" to switch to other service provider. Guessed what- 3 counters opened, 1 was attending a customer while the other 2 was not that busy. Waited for nearly 5 minutes and the 2 ladies were probably doing guessing game as to who will be the first to press the calling button. My number called and went to on counter- told her that I need to process the "TR - Transfer Request" for my line. She acted clueless and told me that she does not know about it and told me further that TM Point Balakong is unable to process it and asked me to go to TM Point KAJANG. Told her that I went to Kajang yesterday (Friday) as was turned away by the front door staff. I was confused and disappointed at the same time as I had wasted time, effort and money to go to these 2 TM Point but they were extremely provided BAD SERVICE. Or is this a DELAY TACTICS by TM to their customers who are switching out to other competitor?
TM Point Balakong (esp. to the lady who manned Counter 3 - if you think you need extended CNY holiday, why bother come to work on Saturday? Or if you are no longer interested in working- better QUIT lar. Go home cooking!
