β β β β β I just am presently facing a problem with them. I paid tnb bill n as per tnb the payment is not received . When I countercheck with TMPOINT they informed they keyed in the correct account number but tnb informed different account number n even sent me an email that TMPOINT is not a registered agent of tnb. Now I am in a dilemma bcos tnb has given.notice of termination. TMPOINT is not taking responsibility . Very bad customer service . Please do not pay your bills at TMPOINT .

this is the second time I visit here to sign up plan, they told me system down on Saturday and take my info to follow up
After 4 day there is no any progress!!

β β β β β You can pay all bills here. Sometimes busy , sometimes ok. I had a bad experience here . I paid my tnb bill and when I received my next bill the amount I paid still showed outstanding. I went to check with them n they told it has been paid n when I wanted to meet the manager they informed he was not around. They just told me to check with tnb. I had to go up n down n TM point was not interested to help out in the situation. Tnb told me they are not registered with tnb . Only after 10 days the bill was paid. This clearly showed that when they take our money they are actually using our money to play around and then only pay.

β β β β β Ok last month this just happened to me when I paid electricity house bill and when June bill comes in I notice my bill amount is way high so I called TNB Careline and I was told to the customer care about my issue so the TNB told me that last month bill is not settled and there's something wrong in the amount so tnb fails to calculate accurate and I didn't say that TM point mistake so who ever is going trough this keep an focus on your electricity bill because we have the rights to ask

Actually im not sure what they're doing here.
Maybe u can pay your bills here, hopefully they able to assist u?
But yeah u can register with them for new unifi account i checked.

β β β β β Came here to pay an installation bill (because the app is... well you know).
Lovely service run by a group ladies. Quick, efficient, courteous and with good English. Got my bill paid in 5-10mins.
The place needs a clean/refresh - it still looks like it was mothballed pre-covid. Also, some of the other Unifi services need work, but my task here (pay a bill) was all good.
