โ โ โ โ โ I have business at TM Point Banting. My number is 2004, and am waiting at the chair. But the security guard went direct by bringing the paper directly to the counter for service for the customer behind me. Is that possible? Service is ok but the guards follow their own heads. If so, better not take the number. Just like that, the guards bring customers cross queue.

โ โ โ โ โ With the keep your distance rule, they are making themselves far from the customers, with the masks on, the customer executives voice louder and harsher with only minor complaints from customers.
Most of the time caused by the promised appointments never been made on time by their contractors and lack of friendly manners by staff. #poor Telekom Malaysia
