★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to terminate the service as i moved to new house. 2 times i went to tmpoint bp, staff said "OK, will terminate". 1 month later, i still get my bill. Why i want to pay the service that i didnt use?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to covid, only 5 people allowed into the shop. A bit slow service due to only 2 counter are open for customer (another two processing forms i guess). Get ready to wait inside before you been handle ticket number just before your number been called (dont understand this why, maybe just wanted to have 0 waiting customer).
Counter is friendly. Network system are slow need to improve. Overall, just prepare 20-30minute to finish your work here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Jalan Rahmat. Came here early morning since parking lots quite difficult to get. The staffs were very friendly, helpful and happy to serve. Since I was the first customer on that day, so they opened the door and welcoming me with full of sincere smile. The premise is located in front of Maybank opposite the main road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and long waiting, if your family member is old in age and stubborn about paying bills by walk in do not choose TM your old family member might need to get a 30 minutes or more sunbathing sessions outside of the door and get a not so polite and slow service. There’s is clever ways to jaga SOP: maxis give out sms ticketing to theirs walk-in customer, and TM choose the worst solution to jaga SOP, seats are empty inside and seat outside was crowded which makes no difference staying inside, if you which to talk about the air circulation in indoor is no better than outdoors air circulation in a packed space I will say bravo and I am sorry for being too selfish for paying high price for the internet and intolerance to the heat and rain and also cannot take the risk for getting covid 19 in a packed “outdoor space”, i should be more considerate because I should think like TM the hot and cold outdoor can actually eliminate covid 19 and good for old people because it help to train their physic. #GetHealthyChooseTM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service(both products and customer service) and poor car parking space, poor in everything, my god not even million words can describe how poor this company perform in Batu Pahat. They do not update the open for business date and time, they do not do their finish their work in time walk-in to ask for technicians to fix the home fiber lines they send you a technician after three working days which you still have to pay for the three days without using it cuz why not because the contract said so, so you better pay. Well played. If Time Dot Com available in Batu Pahat I will switch to Time without any hesitation. I rather pay for company who is expensive but having tons of good customer service representatives than using this TM (trademarked) garbage.
