★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My house phone unit still with Telecom trade mark on top which means I have use it more than 25 years. This morning when I try to make call and found that the keypad wouldn't work. Then bring along the phone unit to TMPoint Bentong for for checking.
Follow SOP registered and enter to office counter. The staff serve me with very good manner then help to check the phone that I bring along. By then check IC and thumb print scan my record data. For so many years I have not even make any phone change until today. So I'm entitled to get free change 2 times for the phone unit which out of order.
Today, I got the new phone unit exchange with FOC. Thanks TMPoint Bentong. I have got it.
