β β β β β Service really slow. Me 3pm on queue until 4pm just get into the office. Me understand in this sensitive situation might have SOP limitation but the staff operation procedure may be cause smooth a bit or is the management problem on the procedure. Beside, this building not small but even have a cold place for customer to wait also unable to do so. Really disappointed.

β β β β β The operation hours is weekdays (Monday till Friday) from 9am till 5.30pm. It closed at weekend and public holiday.
Customer required to take queue number besides main door entrance. Lot people waiting in wrong queue. They should have guard or staff to guide those old people who not familiar with the touch screen system.
The service extremely slow, I took 3 hours to wait for counter to serve.Hope that they can improve the service.
