During RMCO, they didn't closed for lunch. There are 2 counters operate efficiently. Friendly staff. You need to go to the back door for entrance. The front door only for paying up bills through machine.

We visited TM perda on Thursday, 15 July 2021.They are very slow in attending to customers. Long waiting time (1hour) before can get service. We had no choice but to come from kulim to terminate our unifi contract, because kulim TM don't have such service. Can you believe that! To mKe matters worse, the mobile network at TM bdr. Perda is horrible! How is it possible that a commercial area in BM with so many such offices have such bad reception??! I pity all the other citizens who are victimised due to the incompetency and such irresponsibility in governance. Especially those poor people who have to depend on public transport to move around, then face unnecessary delays especially now during the pandemic. God help us.

Very inhumane. Have to wait for my turn outside the center under the air-con ventilator. It's so hot. There's plenty of space inside which allows each customer to have social distancing of 2 metres.

Staff upheld the SOP properly. Only allow 7 customersnat any one time. They moved the entrace to the back so that people dont have to queue under the hot sun. Chairs provided outside the shop for those queuing up. The waiting time is long but staff took the time to explain the process. I thought TM might need to evaluate their internal systems as the staff looks very busy switching from screen to screen, typing and clicking as well as doing a lot of "cut and paste" while serving me.

So so so teruk. Just want to change owner name, but the old owner have to wait outside and facing to their air con compressor, not make sense at all. The staff attitude also teruk teruk teruk.

Was attended to very fast. But after 3 wks my unifi package still didn't reflect on my end. I wonder if someone is actually doing the right work

Came to transfer from TM to Maxis fiber... Staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing I felt TM is trying to improve makes the staff busier is the queue numbering service. Why need our phone number and sms us the queue number instead of just hand us a numbering ticket. May be more "green" towards the environment since no more issuing paper but manual update phone number might have errors key in by staff. Feel like making a simple thing more complicated.
