I visited TM point Jitra last sunday and I enjoyed the service provided.
It was pretty convenient location with ample parking's lot availabled.
The front desk staff was really helpful and knowledgeable.
Knowing my intention to apply for Unifi's service, the staff check the availability of Unifi service in my area, with a few steps we quickly got the answer. Yes, my residence is covered!
Then I was introduced with two new plans availabled which are to cater to the variety needs by the consumer.
The existing unifi Basic plan with the speed of 30Mbps with 60GB quota at
RM79 per month is now open to all.
On top of that, they introduced a new plan, unifi 100Mbps that comes with unlimited quota at RM129 per month.
Once subscription has been made for unifi preferred plan, They will help to arrange for installation experts to install the service for us.
They claim that their mission is to know how they can make life easier for us.
Staff are willing to listen to any feedback relating to TM products and services, and customers are encourage to share their ideas, comments and suggestions.
I believe it has been a good shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just dumped Maxis & Celcom as the service was not what l wanted and the cost was to high.
I have now changed over to Unfi for both my phone data and home WiFi.
Faster Cheaper uploads and downloads with unlimited data.
Highly recommend TMpoint Unfi for all your browser needs.
