★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait 1 hour for only 3 que. Super slow service. Maybe the connection here still using streamyx. Everyone taking their own sweet time. If you think govt hospital is slow with huge numbers, then try this TMPoint Kemaman with only a few customers.. lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At one time the system they use are not so sophisticated but so piss me off. For termination they need your ic thumbprint, that is so absurd, this making me wanted to terminate all related registration related to TM, and that was what I did. I guess if it's just an upgrade it just as fast as pushing a button only. The very funny thing was both on TM chatting and local TM shops saying that you can terminate online, as they don't know the online page was failed to access. That's one crazy not so funny part.

SOP well implement but customer service need to be improve because I've been here few times and feeling unpleasant every-single-time.
