β β β β β TMPoint kepong is the best outlet in these area. The staff is being polite, helpful and passion. As a customer need to remind if you need to do any changes for you account, the owner of the account need to come to the outlet for any changes in transaction. For e-billing registration customer can do online at TM web site. Since the new package is broadcast, TMPoint have outrageous number of customer, hopefully the customer can be more patient to que. To check personal account I suggest TM customer to use "care@unifi" apps, it's easy to check your account, bill history, detail package ect.

β β β β β In term of service is very good. Bravo to Puan Fatiha of TM Kepong.
However, in term of distance, quite far from Rawang. Rawang with big population need TM Point within rawang area. Otherwise, we need to travel TM Kepong or TM Kuala Kubu Bharu. I am really hoping that TM Point will reopen their office in Rawang to service people of rawang and the surrounding area.

β β β β β Got my Unifi migration "nightmare" sorted out. The first time I was there the staff was not helpful.
This time around the staff were patient and friendly and got my issues resolved.
I evrn bought a cool tiger striped re-usable face mask and a TM umbrella from their merchandise counter. They have mesh wi-fi and remote security cameras for sale there. You could instal the camera and monitor via your cell phone.

β β β β β Absolutely useless customer service. Just came in to buy a Unifi prepaid SIM but they insist to get it online on the app. The app is useless design and keeps rejecting and suggests going to TM point. Merry go round. Run like a government department. Most of the staff just sitting around enjoying bouncing people around. Keep it up TM.
