Customer service at location is not that great but sufficient.. Staff is quite slow which I do admit for other people review's.... Service arrangements for customers queue and staff on duty should be looked into...I do feel that the arrangement from the entry of clients till they get served by the staff was the cause for delays and confusions.. Phone number stated in their web page was always hooked to the fax machine...and it is registered under the name of Rafidah Hanim if I am not mistaken.... Why put a fax machine number in their official webpage? Customer need to find solutions and answers to their problems and they can't have that if everytime they made a call , a fax machine is answering on behalf of TM ........ While TM is the major service provider for land line And yet, they can't provide separate line's between phone and fax....for the convenience of clients and staff.....What a pity....

The slow staff, the clerk are incompetent, they are missed inform about they job, one person tell you what to do and then 2 days after is something else. We were very disappointed. Had to waited so long, seem to me they don't know their job, had to ask somebody else Everytime. They need a full training and not learn on the job approach.

I arrived at 1128am to request for a relocation of my unifi. Until now, 1201, I am still waiting ... I am number 1004 from 1002 ... Come on! Extremely frustrating. Please review your overall TM Unifi processes and propose for simplifications. I cant be taking my annual leave to just do this request.

Quite comfortable and easily accessible via public transport. The GoKL free bus (purple line maybe) stops nearby. There are multiple big screen TVs displaying shows from Unifi TV to entertain you while waiting for your turn yo be called. Two machines are provided for bill payments in cash or card.

Long waiting but nice facilities with plenty of chargers and TV screens to keep you entertained. Service is good. Avoid to go during lunch time and other peak hours because there will be a lot of people

I understand there may be more people during lunch hour but have been observing the customer service staff and their ability to turnaround the customers at pace is incredibly slow. Discounting the wait time, each customer spends on average half an hour at the counter. There is no sense of urgency and the customer service agents appear to have to cross check with each other.

Went to TM Point Muzium Telekom branch on Tuesday (11th May, 2021). Before heading there I had spoken to a staff from telekom who had called me to come over (this staff had informed me that the branches closes at 5.00-5.30pm) and i had also checked the website and it showed that the branch closes at 5pm, and I reached there at 4.01pm but the shutters were already down. A guard shows up and simply says it is closed at sharp 4pm. The guard totally ignored my numerous pleas for a chance since it's only one(1) minute late . Even my request to see the officer in charge was totally & flatly REFUSED by the guard and further told there were NO OFFICERS around. The staffs behind him were also totally IGNORANT of what was going on. Experience confirms that the staff there are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL and the Level of Needing to Serve customers at TELEKOM MALAYSIA has gone down the drains

The service here was excellently fast and friendly. I arrived at 3:30pm to made my Unifi transferred and closing account. It’s done within 15 minutes. Payment is a bliss using the auto payment kiosk. It’s so much more better and pleasant experience here in Muzium point than the one in Subang Jaya SS15. Parking facility is very limited and the nearest being an open carpark next to the Kolej Greencity. Parking is expensive (7/hr) but acceptable as it’s downtown rate. Taking risk to park at roadside is definitely not recommended.
