★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terbaik. Excellent. Eventho I had to stand up and long Q but was attended by the nice lady staff at the entrance and assisted me wonderfully. Later the staff at the counter also were very helpful. And without much fuss, she helped to settle the Transfer Request efficiently. TM- these 2 ladies shown such a brilliant work ethics as well as performing their job exceed expectation! They and the rest of the team at TM Point Pandan Indah should receive best rewards for their excellent performance. Keep up the excellent job, guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty systematic and SOPs are well executed. Everyone are required to queue outside with max.10 visitors inside. Friendly customer service with very clear explanation of my queries. No time wasting and easy communication. Hope they keep up the good work while continue to provide excellent service.
