★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chatbots doesn't help and ask me to visit this area. When i call only operator voice and ask to use chatbots. What kind weird service..... doesn't help at all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience and service that I received thus far. Queue up in the line starting 10am with 6 persons infront of me. Until 11.30am, I have not get a chance to process my request. Thought TM is privatized? Wonder why it operate similar to government departments...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customers service are goid but tmpoint subcontractors installing wifi are sulks. Poor quality installation, attitude problem n no good customer orientated, sometimes overcharged n cabling done very shabby. Poor safety n quality provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse than Government service. 3 hours wait time minimum. Looong wait time... Have to take leave from work just to come here. So many TMpoints but only can be done at HQ. Slow and few number of working staff. Think twice before signing up as cancellation of contract is RM500. I'm stuck with them for another 2 years after "upgrading". It took us 3 days of calls before a technician responded to our connection problem at home. Unsatisfied and disappointed after using TM for 6 years. Time to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch met so far. Waited for almost an hour just to be informed system was down and we can come back another day. No courtesy towards pregnant ladies nor senior citizens. No compassionate when handling customers.
Agents lied about outage being nationwide as when called to the call center, was informed no such outages.
Agents also lied about calling us back when the system is operational as after 3 days still no call made. (guess their systems still down after 3 days).
Do not swallow their excuses whole as it is just a mere say so to get you home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude for the staff here except the guard at the front door. Both online and offline services were really bad as no solutions was given just keep pushing to each other. Online staff told that every TM Points is manageable but in the end only here can process. Wasting time driving and finding carpark under blazing sun. No more TM after all these years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Tmn Sentosa, but it’s named as TM Pelangi. It’s a TM building with a big and tall tower for wireless connection.
During Ramadan the operation hour is 8:30am-4pm, no lunch break for obvious reason. Plan your time visiting TM Pelangi, as it is usually crowded and be prepared for longer waiting time during peak hour.
It’s very clean and cosy environment, though while queuing it might be hot under open air.
Very professional, helpful and friendly team. Thumbs up to the management and team!
