โ โ โ โ โ On 7 Aug we lost use of our Unifi completely. Phoned TMPoint, & a very pleasant lady, Ayauda (sorry if i didn't catch her name correctly) said she wld file a report for us. I was doubtful that TM would respond within 24hrs, as the next day was a Sunday.
But sure enough, Sunday morning, technicians came & repaired our system.
VERY IMPRESSIVE! Fantastic, brilliant customer service to TMPoint & TM. Very special thanks to the very pleasant, prompt & professional lady who filed our report. BRILLIANT JOB!! Terima kaseh!
