β β β β β This TM point is such a big bit they cannot cancellation duty.
They ask me to go to another TMpoint, their is all far from my place and closing by 5:30pm. That means I need to take leave for TM!
This stationβs staff is good, but Iβm not satisfied TMβs service so I decided to cancel Unifi.

β β β β β Its overcrowded during MCO period. Customer need to wait outside on the chair. Waiting time can be 1 to 2 hour sometime. Need to have better appointment system for better customer experience.

β β β β β Unlike most of the tmpoint visited (not that I frequently visited most of them anyways), this one is the best by far. Ample car parks even at peak hours, not congested, the staffs are delighted to attend you. Pleasant experience
