At first, we are told to wait outside for a number. I was given a number, and I patiently waited for my number to be called. Once the number was called, I filled up the MySejahtera n temperature check (which is SOP, and must be done). After entering the building, I was given ANOTHER number to queue. Well, this is redundant policy. I hope TM SP will just give the number at the waiting point outside, and give the customer the right to decide if they wish to wait or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place to pay your monthly bill through the teller machine. One can pay in cash or credit/debit card.
Any issues regarding unifi can be forwarded to them to rectify the problem. Staff is courteous to help solve your problem.
The parking space in front of the building is usually full. One has to park near the Post Office around the corner and then to walk to the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there is no star given for this 100% useless service by TMPoint, Sg.Petani. I’ve been coming here to return my modem and router because of their poorest service that i’ve ever seen in my life. Every working days came here waited 2hours+ atleast. Same situation everyday “system down”. Providing telecomunications service and system down every single day.
