Even you told them what their people have done they just keep quiet. Can’t imagine this still happening. Too big company & complex organisation. Anyway, no choice. We got to accept.

While I'm dealing with the issue, another staff just walks in and switches off all the lights, while saying the place is close. Please, your customer is still talking to your officer, please have some respect, courtesy and consideration for your customer. Don't be lazy, have a renewed mentality and not stick to the mentality of OLD MALAYSIA to just want to balik.
