★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ade urusan dengan TNB, datanglah ke sini, senang untuk sampai disini dengan LRT dari Kuala Lumpur pun senang. Kemudahan dalam bangunan ini ada surau, tandas, cafeteria dan parking pun senang.
 Ade deals with TNB, come here, it's nice to be here with the LRT from Kuala Lumpur. The facilities in the building have a surplus, toilet, cafeteria and parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ System invoice yang agak menyusahkan. End user yang hantar barang, tp invoice kat tempat lain. Penerima invoice pula tiada PIC. Pembayaran pula bergantung kepada invoice y telah di key-in oleh orang yang menerima invoice. Sukar nak followup payment.
System invoice is a bit of a hassle. End user shipped goods, but invoices elsewhere. The invoice recipient does not have a PIC. Payment depends on the invoice that has been keyed in by the person receiving the invoice. It's difficult to followup payment.
