First and last go there. Bad quality, non-experience installer and now my wardrobe soft close part is already got damage within one month. The staff even scolded me when i complaint. Is this kind of seller nowadays? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They promised to deliver the furniture at 5 pm ended up we waited for 3 hours coz they only arrived at 8pm. What's more dissapointing is the cabinet we bought did not come with proper wiring. We need to figure out on our own n buy new wiring to light up the light in the cabinet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS SHOP BY ALL MEANS !!! The worst after sale service I ever have. I bought an office chair and realized that it was with inferior quality. The back support cracked just after few months. I called up to check whether it was possible to repair The crack. When I just clarified a fee details with the person-in- charge named Joanne, she was so rude that you wonder why you want to give them business in the first place. My advice to the shoppers who read my review: AVOID THIS SHOP BY ALL MEANS !!!

She said will delivery before CNY. 3 times driver did appointment but not come out.wasting my annual leave waiting them. The driver dont want to sent the furniture after office hour. The shop person very rude answering us when we call them. Just said driver will call when they want to sent the furnitures and dont want give driver handphone number. Today just received the furnitues. The driver said they do not knowwhen to sent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret not reading the reviews in Google Maps before buying luxury furniture here. The salesperson is good just they don’t committed delivering the item. Living in condo is a hell where u are controlled by the JMB for moving-in / out item. Hence, time is predominant. This shop should have an alternate solutions for their management.
