β β β β β Be careful on sending your speaker to this shop..i send my Audio Engine speaker to replace the foam and the guy short circuit my amp board. Upon receiving the speaker its already not working and didn't take responsible on the damages and said that its already damaged prior send to the shop. Why i want to replace the foam if the speaker already broken??? U can see below the owner responding after a year and this reflected to how poor they are in term of customer service and attitude. No accountability and no responsibilities. On top of that, I literally didn't understand what absurd he wrote. Stay away from this shop to all audiophile lover. (careful of the 5 star review, suspected owner companion, see their profile)
