β β β β β Simple, clean, affordable and friendly owner. Good place to rest after long hour of driving :) comfortably able to fit 10pax (3pax + 3pax +4pax each room), and 1pax can sleep on sofa in living room. 1 rooms comes with connecting washroom and air-conditioning+high-speed fan. 1 rooms with air-conditioning+high-speed fan. 1 room with high speed-fan. 1 shared washroom.
Building comes with ok-speed wifi connection.
Will definitely recommend to any one who need a quick night rest!

β β β β β Affordable, nice people, well kept, nice garden. Great value, great location if you're looking to go to the Perhentians. Place has 3 rooms, two double beds, one bunk bed, three single beds. Two of the rooms have airconditioning, the other room and the living room do not.
Few caveats, hence the rating:
Neither of the toilets flush, and the place has cockroaches. One room has them under the bed, and (as we found out) in the sheets, which is pretty inexcusable and easily prevented. Place is dusty as well.
We stayed the night and told the owner to clean out the place. Best to call in advance to see if they've sorted those issues out before booking.
