★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel environment, friendly staff. Beach are nearby, swimming pool is big. Should be a good place to spend 3 days 2 nights vacation. The facilities are a bit old, especially the air cond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly the resort did not maintain its property well. Nice design but dirty. Old furniture should be replaced. Not worth it for an overnight stay which cost rm5++ for 2 adults. Toilet n room were smelly and dirty. Tv remote was broken. However we enjoy activities at the beach very much. Also the kids swimming pool was nice.. Hopefully we get good breakfast tmrw mrning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Resort surrounding it’s beautiful. Staff were friendly. But The room floor is sticky. Toilet cover it’s super dirty with urine and hair. Toilet floor it’s also very dirty. The toilet door is Mouldy. Toilet sink water didn’t flow down well. No proper labeled on the bath soap or shampoo. The bath tub we never use at all as the water that came out is yellow with dirt and insect. Towel it’s super duper smelly… we have to ask for a new one ! Aircond in the room it’s not cold and a lot of red ants came out from the wall. My hubby sudden awake as there is a big cockroach crawl over his face in the middle of the night ! The room phone can’t even use and the front counter never even brief us about the directory as we wanted to call for the room service. Remote control broken. Room didn’t even have a room shoes, floor map and laundry bag until we have to ask for it.
Breakfast is suck ! Spoilt the whole morning ! Went there at 8.42am… asking them to top up scramble egg and half boil egg. The staff came out from the kitchen at 9am said all the egg finish. Noodle soup it’s totally is a cold soup ! The food not much variety. And the staff there did not take any initiative to go over to check which food need to be top up. We have to keep on walking over to ask for it. I’ve never eaten such terrible breakfast buffet before !
Hot water shower it’s very good. Love the balcony with the lake view. The bed is comfy but pillow too soft can’t even support the neck.
The swimming pool it’s so so, small and very crowded.
Not really enjoying for my first time family trip over here. Overall It’s very disappointed and dissatisfied not worth for the money to stay which cost me RM5++ per night !! My first and last trip here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort , the services is great.
Not as amazing as 5 star resort or hotel but still has its own potential to be there. The facility here is also great.
Food for breakfast was appetizing.
Refrigerator in my hotel room was malfunction but I hope the management staffs fix about this issue. But its not a problem for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’re there 2 weeks ago. The price is cheap /acceptable. The hotel is quite busy but doesn’t give you right to neglected basic stuff. The towel was stinky, no floor mat for bathroom & common use, the shampoo and body wash not bring label properly. The hotel manager should step up at little. Making sure everything in order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the lake view from the balcony. Great breakfast, facilities for such price. However the room isn't that clean & poor maintenance. And one more thing, there's no gym. They converted it to the cat hotel. So you can bring along your cat here and place it to the cat hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resort maybe a jewel for Pasir Puteh area. Their pool is up to par. The room us huge, clean with good decoration. Their lobby look very neat and give very good impression to their customer. But it come with high price. Unfortunately there some loose pipe in their sink. The towel also too rough and make my body itch. The breakfast is just ok, not so much variety, not bad but just an ok. For family, they have some good game for kids like battery car. But for adult like me who just want enjoy our night, there is nothing much to do. I hope they can have some good cafe to enjoy our view in this resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely need maintenance /refurbishment for the room, especially the bathroom. Very unkept, got mould everywhere. Love the surrounding area, my room was facing the lake and it is beautiful but sadly the room need so much things to be fixed and to look more presentable. The pool is magnificent, the amnesties are great, but the room is not qualified to be rated as 4-star
