★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My life insurance co, located just next to busy road of Jalan Tun Razak. Parking options available underneath the building, just that it's quite expensive. I was there for less than 30 mins and parking charge was RM 3.50. The staff at the counter when I was there was lack of warmth, so having the mouth mask did nothing to soothe the customers feeling. No agents where allowed to be in office during the Covid19 period, whether it's MCO or RMCO. But the agent does follow up calls, which shows that the counter staff did pass the information to their agents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've applied an E-savings with Tokio Marine and RHB was their representative. They charge my card every 21st of the month but on the 19th I've submitted for cancellation of the policy and was told that the form was not signed by the nominees so it's not valid until they signed it. Unfortunately Tokio Marine has already submitted to the bank for charging me the monthly e-savings and told me that it cannot be reversed. Customer service has told me that they usually submit payment during the 19th but I should be billed on the 21st and not the 19th. Now I feel cheated because they "stole" my money and I find it unfair and because my nominees did not sign the paper, which they didn't even do so before proceeding with the application. Why do they even need the signature now?
