โ โ โ โ โ Ashamed of this Tomei store. Was looking for 1 ounce of silver Eagle, and mix with others. Yet, just said we have maple leaf.
Probably, can't sell it out with this type of sales profession. I knew 10 times who don't suit well, and able to close 9 deal out of 10.

โ โ โ โ โ Walking into your store at Pavilion KL today was the most disgusting thing I have ever had experienced in my life.
You have a young gentleman greeted me and my fiancรฉe by the door asking what we were looking for. We answered nicely, we are looking for wedding bands.
We told him we have looked at other rings in Le Lumiere and really liked one.
He walked quickly with us and started trying to sell us what he has. When we asked about the styles that we were looking for, he said he is a good salesman hence probably he has sold them all. When I tried to comment something about the ring he straight away cut me off by saying we offer this the same price as other store. He just presumed I am being cheap skate.
After that, we said thatโs fine, we will make a move. He started criticizing my fiancรฉe, if you have a sapphire ring(he sized us up for her wearing the sapphire ring), why donโt you look for something more classy with a diamond on it?
My fiancรฉe hates diamond and he was indicating we canโt afford what is in your store.
We literally got chased out by him and I really feel like spitting on your storeโs floor by then.
Sorry, but no more Tomei, shame on you for hiring such a staff

โ โ โ โ โ First walked into this store in 2021 when I was in KL and was pleasantly surprised by the modern selection they carry. Was looking for a particular bracelet I saw online but it wasn't available. Fortunately, Pinky promised to look for it. She contacted me a few days later to say she has sent the bracelet over to a store near my residence. Great customer service! Yesterday, Pinky again assisted me. After selecting, the ring and bracelet needed resizing but I was in a hurry to catch another appointment. She managed to get it all done in 90 minutes. I commend Pinky for her patience, professionalism and overall understanding of what customers' are looking for. Will definitely return whenever I am in KL.
