★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal experience and opinion (This is my honest opinion based on my experience dealing with them...I not gaining or losing anything from this review as I’m just an average Joe who loves motosport):
They are really rude and arrogant...maybe because they think it a niche market and they are the only turbo “expert” in Malaysia...so don’t bother inquiring about anything..just a waste of time..they’ll just scold u and tell u to “ go ask and buy from ur tuner”..haha
My 2cents is if u want to find a turbo, u better off with a reputable brand..where u’ll get better service and quality even though u’ll spend a little bit more money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repaired my IS38 turbo Audi TTs MK3 to a billet fin with tong turbo since the fin cracked on Feb2019. After repair, Tong gave me 6 months warranty. After installed on the car, within 5 minutes testing n drving it cracked again instantly n lotsa white smoke from my exhaust. Tong repaired again for the second time but asked me to sign up a liability form that if anything happens for the second time, there will be no more warranty from them. Today 14th July, it cracked again for the 3rd time! Within 5 months, bloody hell! Total waste of my time n money!!!
