★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found cockroach on our seat and when i called the waiter to take and action she was careless went to serve others then came back and through it put to the floor by her hand ?
The steak and mash potato was really bad mash potato was rotten and we asked then to take it from our table because of the smell ,, i was loyal customer to Tony Romas but after this bad experience won’t come again , my daughter didn’t eat her food once she saw the cockroach ?

There's hair in the bread!
Definitely not worth coming again.
I've never felt so angry eating a meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost 10 years since I dined in TR. The prices have increased accordingly. Can't complain about the services, but the food quality and taste was out. Kids menu not available online. Pix of fries here as a measure of the quality.

"alike" Beef Wellington took 40min to serve, bad sauce, and food presentation, plus wrong way of cooking. Normal grilled chicken with free refill bbq sauce, not recommended. Bad drinks ever I had, taste like potion. Pricey and not worth for the food and environment. However, service is okay, free starters with bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wayyyy better service than Pavilion's TR. They still offer the free bread here, and even asked us for drinks refills. The crew also came and asked how were the food and do we need anything. It was really nice, so different than Pavilion's. Food was good, but because we were a group, didn't get to order any ribs/steaks ☹️ other than that, it's all good. Oh, the potato skin, is sooooo much better than the one in Pavilion's.
