โ โ โ โ โ Really had bad experience purchasing item here. I bought a brand Mocha shower set, after installing to my bathroom, when I switch on, the shower head and shower hand both were watering out. I expected only one will gonna water out.
And after telling this problem to the staff there, they replied me they also have no idea about this outcome. Later, they told me that it was functioning like that. Really disappointed with what theyโve treated me. The staff there seems have no product knowledge about what theyโre selling in the store. At first before purchasing, they never explained this showerโs features. Really bad service after sale. ??????
