★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice building, kind to all the tenants here but it one thing is missing though as a student there is now water cooler here. And when we want to get water we have to go all the way downstairs so why not have a water cooler checkpoint at certain floors?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely building. Clean toilets. Gotta express my disappointment with the lack of a cafeteria. And as a student in the college located in the building, I’m unpleasantly astonished that they do not have a single water cooler / water dispenser in all 5 floors that they occupy. Sad for the staff who work long hours there and have to bring their own water, let alone the students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to locate and park, the whole place was clean; the hall is big, air condition was cold, light and sound systems were excellent . I enjoyed the ambient night scenery looked from 9th floor, and equally liked too the night scenery in front of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building, clean building but very tight discipline. I don't really have much comments about this building but there's one thing that bothers me a lot which the lack of ability to install water dispenser for the convenient use of all top glove staff, Ramsay College employees and also there students there. So I really do appreciate if you take action to install water dispenser for the benefit of all. Because it is really inconvenient for us without water dispenser as we ran out of water to drink that we brought with us in our water bottles.
