★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Dropped an MSI laptop for repair in February, got it back in August, with nothing repaired. Waited 6 months for nothing. What I got back was a missing battery and lots of missing screws. Definitely not coming back. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my brother to buy a new laptop here, the price is quite cheap considering the spec. It came with a free basic software, a bag and a mouse.
A bit disappointed with the lack of variety in their offline store there are like 4 models only. It is better to order online on their website or Shoppe where there are much MUCH more choices to choose from.
The staffs there are friendly and helpful, their store gave a relaxing(?) feeling. Would definitely shop there again but most certainly will order online first.
