β β β β β The clinic was clean and tidy with many station / room for test or checking. The doctor and nurse was patient, during testing and explaining. Good follow up of clinic with next appointment. Affordable price.

β β β β β My mum was scheduled for a cataract surgery on the 14/9/2021.Understand that a post surgery check up is required on 15/9 & 20/9.She lives alone in Seremban & I live in KL. I have to travel back to Seremban to bring her for the surgery & care for her.I will also bring my maid to take care & cook for her as well. As such I have to apply for an interstate travel permit. Your letter only states the surgery date but not the subsequent check up dates which is required by the police to approve the travel permit. I requested for a simple letter stating the post surgery check up dates to be included & was informed it is not possible as it is against company policy.What is so difficult about issuing a letter with the check up dates? I asked to talk to the doctor but was informed the doctor is attending to an emergency. Is the emergency throughout the whole day? The level of service is appalling.

β β β β β Disappointed with the judgement and consulting from Top Vision Eye Specialist Centre in Seremban.
This was my first visit to Top Vision Eye Specialist Centre in Seremban on 06 May 2022 due to my left eye redness and swelling since 02 May 2022. My consulting Doctor was Dr Oh Kah Lay. I had explained my condition and she diagnosed that my left eye was on inflammation and gave one medicine to apply and visit her after one week. On 14 May 2022, I had informed Doctor Oh that my left eye was still sensitive to light(pain) especially at night, and the redness doesn't go away. She said I'm already in recover stage and the inflamation is gone, no longer need to use the eye drops medicine and just apply lubricant eye drops for 3 months and avoid wearing any contact lens for future 6 months. I kinda doubt it atm(the inflamation is gone).
On the same night, my eye still feeling intense pain and very sensitive to light which later became swelling and worsen. Unfortunately Sunday 15 May 2022 was Hari Vesak and Monday 16 May 2022 was public holiday, therefore i can't get consult from Doctor Oh. Eventually, I visited another Doctor to treat my eye condition. In fact, I went to visit an Eye Specialist, not a general doctor/clinic. I'm totally lost my trust to this doctor in Top Vision Eye Specialist Centre.

β β β β β Before I visit, I called to ask if they able to check dry eye issue, they said YES YES we do. so here I'm.
After Dr OH consultations, I asked what's the issue.. doctor just keep repeat "eye dry lor."
I told the doctor my left eye even more pain.. after she did some machine scan the doctor said "Ur left eye very dry."
??? that what I just told!
And she advised reduce screen & aircon time, she just keep blame u having too much screen time instead of telling u the consequences or any use cases & potential issue that why suddenly this happen. And funny thing is I got exactly the same advices from 2 neighborhood clinics before I head to a Specialist.
I get no useful advices from this Eye Specialist, in the end I didn't know what is the real causes, not even the potential causes.
Is a disappointed & waste money trip, I'm sorry but is really not recommended, they have inexperience doctor here.
