โ โ โ โ โ Satisfied with the service. Called the clinic today at 1pm and was told to come at 230pm. Reached the clinic and registration was quick, staff was friendly and courteous. Waited less than 10 minutes for my turn and saw Dr Leslie Wong. He was OK and gentle, checked my eye & answered all my questions. Payment and dispensing of medication are also fast. Price is quite reasonable for a specialist clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Rudest service from the Dr Angela Loo. Impatient, impolite, rude way of talking. 1 min check up with 3-4 hours of wait. Not checking properly but just rushing and scolding the patient? If you do not plan to help your patients, please donโt be a doctor!

โ โ โ โ โ Dr.Loo the worst attitude and impatience Doctor I ever meet before, patience nor the family member asking questions never reply during check up, waiting few hour, check up done within few mins and never answer patience questions, patience pay for ur services, but Dr.Loo dint show her professional at all when patience ask to understand what happened on the eye e.g red and pain after surgery

โ โ โ โ โ Make appointment 5 times, we arrive early doctor late as hell. Waste time each appointment wait for hours because doctor late. Just because reputation good, doctor can come late for promised appointments and make customer wait? This is called professional? Occupation title professional but work attitude unprofessional. Customer pay money for service as well okay, and itโs a lot of money. Please treat your customers time with respect, thanks.

โ โ โ โ โ My boyfriend were suffering with eye pain and I have taken him to the eye specialist . We went there 10 min before they closed . Even though we went in late , the doctor and the co workers were so friendly. He is fine now . Thank you so much !

Their staff from receptionists to OT nurses are all very professional and friendly. They actually made you feel comfortable and this lessen your fear just before treatments. Thank you

โ โ โ โ โ Not recommended at all. We went there for emergency . My son eyes was hit by badminton racket and he lost his vision with serious pain. But the nurse told us they dun have any emergency. We have to sit wait for dr to finish the appointment . We called ISEC eyes specialist mid valley . They ask us to go over immediately. The dr will attend as emergency immediately.

โ โ โ โ โ No doubt that Dr Loo is a very experienced doctor but in terms of attitude and customer service, she definitely needs vast improvement. The tone that she uses and glaring makes patients and family members very uncomfortable, can't imagine how rude she is with other patients. Absolutely no patience whatsoever! At least the staff nurses are very friendly and nice. Please be more respectful to your patients & their family members - we're paying customers after all.
