โ โ โ โ โ The Customer Service is very rude and arrogant. Can you imagine Toshiba only use one service and repair company(Mr. Ng) in the whole of PJ to service customers, about time i shift to other product brand in the market.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent customer service. Very friendly, patient (Saya sudah marah2 sebab seller said he already report to them, but then I found out he didn't. P/s - So sorry to her, please accept my apologies) and helpful in helping arranging services for my Toshiba washing machine. Even the serviceman (Uncle) also really fast.. Tak sampai few hours already in front of my house, settle repair the washing machine and help me to claim warranty. So tak perlu bayar.

Waiting from the 12th until today,
Nobody came!!
Every time I call to ask about the progress, I will get different answers๏ผ๏ผ
Very rude & unprofessional service center staff.
For warranty claim giving so many excuses.
Never going to buy another product from them ever again๏ผ๏ผ๏ผ

โ โ โ โ โ We sent in a Toshiba water heater that suddenly stopped working, in early April, and are still waiting for a quotation after 2 weeks have passed, even after we contacted them three times a week later to find out what's happening. Yesterday, even their 1300 number was not functioning temporarily (called 2 times.) Every time they said they would get the person in charge (of walk in customers) to call back. He hasn't after we have contacted them more than 3 times. Please don't make us regret buying Toshiba appliances. We expect more from a big brand such as Toshiba. Update: Toshiba called today (the same day) to ask us to pickup our functioning set.
