★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服务态度非常的差,店里面也非常肮脏。说实在1颗星都不想给。不推荐大家购买这个牌子。花钱受罪。
The service attitude is very poor and the shop is very dirty. I honestly don't want to give 1 star. I do not recommend everyone to buy this brand. Spend money to suffer.

Nak beli walk in kat kedai AES dieorang takda stok.
Lepas beli memang tak terus try sebab kena buat sedikit wiring & piping..
Lepas siap semua try mesin tu error pulak..
Aku call Toshiba Taman Molek dia suruh aku call service centre dulu buat report.. report done.
Masuk harini dah 3 jumaat weh
Senyap gitu je.
Setiap jumaat aku call lah termasuk harini
Sebab dia kata 2-3hari selepas akan ada technician call & bagi date pergi tengok dishwasher tu..

Pastu dia cakap JB punya Toshiba service centre memang teruk.
Sebenarnya diaorang boleh je ambik aku punya report tapi diaorang saja nak susahkan kita g call KL punya service centre pulak.
After sales service sangat teruk. Dari boleh sabar sampai dah 3minggu tunggu aku terus jadi hijau.

Want to buy a walk in at an AES store where people don't have stock.
After buying, don't keep trying because you have to do a little wiring & piping ..
After all the machine tries are ready, there is an error ..
I called Toshiba Taman Molek and he told me to call the service center first to make a report .. report done.
Enter today, it's already 3 Fridays
It's so quiet.
Every Friday I call, including today
Because he said 2-3 days later there will be a technician call & for the date go see the dishwasher ..

So today I called, I'm a little angry right ..
Then he said JB's Toshiba service center was really bad.
Actually, they can ask me if I have a report, but they just want to make it difficult for us to call KL to have a service center.
After sales service is very bad. From being patient until I've been waiting for 3 weeks, I continue to be green.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I call Monday 28/2 utk buat report my washing machine rosak. Hari selasa baru dia org keyin report.
Try call Rabu utk tanya update bila technician nk dtg sbb ada baju dlm mesin basuh drpd minggu lepas and mesin basuh lock tak boleh buka.
Dia org kata Tggu je dlm minggu nieh dia org datang.
I tanya dia org at least bg tau I cara nk buka washing machine tue so I boleh keluarkan baju. Baju duduk dlm Tue dh seminggu.
Lepas Tue dia org jawab “Ok Tue saja kan, ok bye”
What?
Baik Tak payah kerja la kat situ kalau tak reti nk layan customer.
Kalau bukan suami I yg beli brand nieh, I memang tak beli brand lain selain Panasonic.
9tahun pakai Panasonic tau. Nieh tak sampai setahun pakai dh rosak.
Customers service Toshiba Johor Bharu punya service memang the worst….
I call Monday 28/2 to report my washing machine is broken. It's only Tuesday that he org keyin report.
Try calling on Wednesday to ask for an update when the technician comes because there are clothes in the washing machine from last week and the washing machine lock cannot be opened.
He org said Tggu je dlm minggu nieh he org come.
I asked him org at least bg know I how to open the washing machine tue so I can take off the clothes. Clothes sit in Tue dh a week.
After Tue, he replied "Ok Tue, ok bye"
What?
Well, I don't have to work there if I don't have customer service.
If it wasn't for my husband who bought the brand, I wouldn't have bought any other brand besides Panasonic.
9 years of using Panasonic. Nieh less than a year wear dh damaged.
Customers service Toshiba Johor Bharu has the worst service….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the service centre to service my faulty Toshiba Washing Machine but they told me that the technician will call me later. As I didn't get any call, I called again the next day and was told that they would call within 14 days. I protested but was told that it was their Standard SOP. I would seriously think again buying any more Toshiba products due to their lack lustre service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with one of their staffs, the chinese female. Very rude towards me, tengking-tengking when I call asking for update nicely. Hope she learnt her lesson as I already informed her rude behaviour to Toshiba HQ.

My washing machine spoil on Saturday they not open. so i call led on monday 7/2/22 1 female representative answer and record all the details after that say technician will call 2-3day. today 9/2/22 I call again and they say don't have the job no for my report. So I wait for nothing??? then they give me a new job no and I request to have urgent service due to their fault but they say wait the technician to call and just say bye and cut off the phone. Really very bad
