Very poor, do not recommend sending children to this center

Since March 2020, we have stopped sending our child to this centre, but haven’t been able to get the security deposit back from them. I’ve tried contacting the centre the owner and was promised this will be refunded to me latest by Oct last year, unfortunately still no sight of it. I tried contacting the owner but she blocked me from fb and even deleted my Enquiries on their page.

So, it's alright to open and operate the center without all this approval ? Are the parents that send their child to the center aware of this ? You deserve negative rating! Send your baby to this centre at your own risk! •The principle is also the owner of the center. Most times, she does not return parents’ calls or reply messages. The longest time for a reply took over a month. I’ve found out that she selectively replies parents who are happy or does not have any issues while the rest just gets ignored. •This center does not have a license to operate. It’s been over a year now. •Care takers who work at the center also does not have the relevant qualifications, including the principle herself. There are even foreigners hired as care takers. According to “Peraturan-Peraturan TASKA 2012 di bawah Peraturan 53 dan Peraturan 54”, they must have attended Kursus Asas Asuhan Kanak-Kanak (KAAK) and Kursus Asuhan PERMATA (KAP) to operate the centre. Neither of them has attended. •The center does not meet the minimum required safety guidelines set out by Bomba. Mainly, there is no emergency exit or emergency fire staircase. •There are only two adults responsible for taking care of 18 babies and children, way below the ratio set out by the Child Care Centre Act 1984 (Rev 2007) •When parents pick up their child in the evenings, the principle will be the person providing the updates to the parents, even though the principle is not at the center most of the time. This is after gathering the required information from the care takers. •Principle is a smoker and goes out 2 – 3 times a day to smoke. •Occasionally, there would be home cooked porridge for the babies with some vegetables. Sometimes, there is food and porridge from your friendly mixed rice shop when there are insufficient workers. •UV sterilizer is faulty, so milk bottles don’t get sterilized. •Hand wash is used to wash milk bottles. •Wholesale shampoos are refilled into branded shampoo bottles. •There is a qualified teacher (with a degree in early childhood education). Parents pays for flash card program but was never taught and qualified teacher left soon after. •Sick babies and children are allowed into the center even though the disease is contagious. Other children got infected soon after. •Building has no additional water tank for use. When water disruption happens, the center will be closed causing much inconvenience to the parents. •When babies cry, they get scolded and shouted at. •If a child cries for too long, instead of consoling, he or she will be left inside an empty room, alone. •Milk gets overheated and fed to babies. •Parents are criticized behind their backs for some reason. •She gossips about another parent with one of the mummy who is blindly trusted her.

The owner/manager or whoever managing the customer service is the worst. I have been trying to connect since forever and the fastest they reply my text is 1 day later. And the call never been picked up. If they are busy, sure we understand. But please apologize and whatnot to show that you care of your potential client. A word sorry would suffice. If you are not interested to open for more people to register, just say you are full. I can’t imagine how you respond to the parents looking at how unresponsive you are. No wonder you have so many hate. Arrogant attitude.

Wondering why is it so hard for your team to be humble? Always being defensive. I contacted your center and your response is not convincing. Asked basic question but ask to come to center. Set an appointment and no reply from your side. If anything happen to kids there you for sure will defend your center one. Never will apologize. There are so many centers out there that is better and worth your money. Surveyed so many and yours is the worst customer service. LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE TO CUSTOMER BETTER!

Thank you Angela and her team especially teacher Thina. My little one enjoyed his one and half years at the centre. Everyday go and back with smiling face and sometime he told me he loved the teacher so much. Thank you Tot N Baby Care Centre.

Been engaged their service since my little one was only 2 months old. As a new baby care centre, I’ve witnessed their improvement from their first year they started the business. Cleanliness, they maintain this very well. Friendly caregivers, as long as they are friendly and love children, I don’t request the caregivers must have relevant background such as nurse or so on. At least I know all the baby caregivers that they hired are mothers themselves, they will understand a child and understand a mother as a mother. I can see my little one smile in the morning upon our arrival, and happily go home at the evening with clean clothes fresh diapers. These are the efforts of the team of caregivers that are deniable. Casual conversations is very common in this center. As long as you have queries, they answer you. Spending time to talk with you when you send or fetching your little one which my husband and I really appreciate this so much. Sometimes if they response you slow, that’s the time usually they are busy with the babies and a bit tricky for them to reply immediately. Well, my words to Angela and the team, thank you so much for the efforts you ladies has put in, whatever challenges that comes I know you will be able to handle it all. The most grateful matter is you aren’t affected by any rumors but focus on putting in your efforts to ensure our children are under good care. Thanks to the team, thank you.
