Ignored customer issue even said that will update but still no any response. Very worst customer service ! Through online customer service

Their usual top up kiosk broke down today. But their counter staff was ready and armed with credit card machines and I topped up my cards within minutes. My previous experience was obtaining refund some years ago, also without any hitches. Only disappointment is recently their Setia Alam toll exit kiosk no longer supports top up using ewallet. Please bring it back. Also, please allow free swap of our existing TNG cards for your NFC cards ok? Dont underestimate the amount of goodwill....
