โ โ โ โ โ Had dealt with almost all the people in the studio. Our photographer was Seng, Make Up Artist was Enna May, Shirley, Chong, and also the aunty. All are friendly and nice to work with. Product output was great, make up for my wife was also good and they know what they are doing.
But thereโs always room for improvement. Try to be different than other bridal studios. Guess thatโs what people are always looking for. Like upgrade of gowns, probably something that can be included in a package or being offered to the customers at a better price. And also photos. Well totally understand that itโs also a business but we donโt get all the softcopies of the photos that was taken unless we purchase them all. End of the day, the photos I suppose will not be kept as well so I donโt understand why we canโt get them all. Anyway, just an opinion and thoughts.
Overall, satisfied with them.

Our photographer Pin is super professional, love all our pre wedding shots taken at Hokkaido.
My MUA Enna, she is super fast & efficient. Ofcoz I love her make up & style. I actually engaged her for everything (Pre wedding, ROM & Actual day).
Not to forget, Cong is very helpful too. You just need to let him know what you want, he will get it for you. ?
We are lucky that we found a good studio.

Gigi the MUA and Bing the photographer are professional enough and knows what they're doing in a fun and exciting manner. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent service provided in overall. Photographer and Makeup Artist posses 100% professionalism. I'm very satisfied with the photographic works done. I look gorgeous with the makeup and hairdo done by the Makeup Artist. The sales staff is responsive and friendly. The service is equal to the value of money paid. Even i have extra request, they will try their level best to fulfill my request without paying any extra charges.
